We were treated so well from start to finish. It was a huge bonus that my husband was a Marriott Rewards member as we were given a complimentary drink on arrival and voucher to use the rooftop bar. We ate breakfast, which was decent but a fair few of the options available had run low/out and weren't replenished which isn't ideal before 10 am. We were in town for a wedding and stopped by the bar for a bucks fizz/mimosa but as they were out of glasses we were also given these on the house! Overall a comfortable, quiet room with the right amount of attentiveness. Location was perfect too! Would highly recommend

It’s just a short stroll to all the places I wanted to explore, like the castle, the charming Old City, Murrayfield Stadium, and museums like the National Gallery. The hotel was spotless, and our room felt spacious and cosy, making it a great spot to unwind. Each morning, we indulged in breakfast, and I must say, the spread was delicious and offered something for everyone's taste buds! We also had great fun in the evening with the boarding games freely available in the lobby/bar area on the ground floor

On the second day of our stay, we discovered that the heating system in our room wasn’t working and informed the managers. Within minutes, they offered us another room (along with help moving our belongings!) and complimentary drinks at the bar as an apology. While we didn’t end up using the drink vouchers, it was a thoughtful gesture, and we truly appreciated their efforts!
